The question was "what did BUSH do to combat terrorism in the 8 months prior to 9/11?" Why do you Neocons have a hard time answering that? Could it be because he did NOTHING? The worst attack in America in history happened on his watch because he was asleep at the wheel. No amount of spin will change that FACT. If it had happened on Clinton's watch, right wingers would be merciless on him, and you know it.
