I find it an idiot identification event cue that anyone would be concerned with that fact that a pipe line is being built anywhere. But clearly Kuwait has infrastructure to pipe and ship oil and creating an alternative pathway out of Iraq makes sense if true. And pipelines in the sand are not much of an environmental hazard.
