Ken and Alan:

DFIB...yep. Gap fill coming up, but the number of warrants is too small to keep a lid on 5, specially if they win their lawsuit and file against Medtronic. I sold my trading shares yesterday. I think that we'll get an opportunity to buy back at 3.80.

<The transaction involved the sale of 2.23 million newly issued shares of Cardiac Science common stock at a price of $3.75 per share. The share price was based on a 10 percent discount to the five-day trailing average of the closing price of the stock leading up to the close of the transaction. In addition to the common stock, 223,000 five-year warrants with an exercise price of $5.00 per share were issued in connection with the transaction. >

Ken, thanks for your advise on ACO. I'll hold on. After checking my records I found I actually bought the stock under $3. Your target of $15 is a 25% gain from the closing price. Maybe we should add it to the folio.

We had a few new highs today, including Arnie's ARTX, GLNG and CRV.

Some very optimistic numbers from China today. News from our Chinese stock, NWD, tomorrow.
