crossy- true, it's sour grapes. I mean, I just can't believe this guy turned 10K into 1,000,000 buying stock in companies that are going out of business in the near future- and he didn't know anything about them! Ha ha! I mean seriously, making 100 times your money in 3 months is pretty incredible. Guess I could have done it too but I'm just too hesitant to buy in- even missed out on WLDA and MHCA runups waiting for a pullback to buy in. It's all a crapshoot anyway I guess- many of the stocks like TWK and DZTK that have looked cheap have gone under so who knows.

Plus, another factor is that it's hard to buy more than a few thousand shares of the really cheap stocks like CREB, MHCA, etc. because they're so thinly traded. In any case, if I can make about 10-20 times my money in the next 5 years I'll quit the whining.

My big thing about market valuations is not GAAP but cash flow and dividends. Why are some of these stocks worth so much when most of their cash comes from selling stock (NVLS, AMZN, etc.). I do share your sentiment that Nasdaq will hit 2500 in 2004 at a minimum- I would say 4000 is possible. Like the saying goes, the market can stay irrational longer than I can stay solvent! Anyway, keep those doublers and triplers coming- maybe I'll actually benefit from a couple of them!
