The technique here, is to study it forever, or at least until everyone has lost interest, and moved on to the next crisis. The 1500-person U.S. group sent to Iraq, to look for WMD, recently completed its investigation, and is going home. They didn't issue a report. At least, nothing made public. I wonder why...

Similarly, with the two prisoners in U.S. custody, who were beaten to death "with blunt instruments" at Bagram Air Base just north of Kabul. The U.S. army is still investigating it. And will continue investigating, without ever arresting or naming anyone. Forever.
