Bush was in office barely eight months .......the real responsiblity for 9/11 and for the flourishing on the terror epidemic lays squarely at the feet of Clinton.

Bush, like the rest of the country figured that Clinton had the situation well in hand and that after the first WTC bombing in 93, the embassy bombings, the Cole bombing and Somalia things were winding down and finally under control. Who Knew????????
