I'd prefer less nationalism and more mutuality in the UN. But I don't blame the USA for pursuing their petty self-interests at the UN. They are in good company there. Given the form of the institution, that's what we should expect.

Unfortunately, they are only helping to fuel the fire of hatred in the region...

Even when the US attempts to censure Israel, but does so in the context of the regional problem, they get stymied by "France and friends"..

There some serious BS going on here by Chirac and his gang, and the goal is NOT peace, but the political defeat of the US... They may hate the Bush administration because he's shaking the foundation of the previous established world order, but it's US soldiers who's blood is on the line..

And I was suggest that some of the folks who spend more time b*tching about our having invaded Iraq, should rethink exactly where their loyalties lie.

They can always pull a Johnny Depp and move to France...

But there are a few of us who can see the a piece of the real agenda developing here..

And it isn't about creating peace in the mid-east.
