I just heard the first thunder of this storm. Its supposed to be the first (if it makes it to dc) to hit dc since 1933.

I'm way up in maryland....

all we have is wind and 'cold' so far....

duneram.com

my camera has been and will be running for as long as it can. All depends on verizon and the power situation. We have battery backups, but if our internet access drops out. well that will be what happens until after this storm has done what it must do.

Our wind gauge just measured 38 mph for a short while.

Not sure what to make of your post. Elaborate, please?

Took the opportunity to pick up a few shares when the price dropped to 2480 a couple of days ago. Have limit orders in place if it drops further.

Most costly damage caused by Isabel will be flood damage. BRK is not exposed to flood damage. You and I are! The federal government (U.S. Taxpayers) will be paying the tab to repair all the flood damaged homes through the federal flood insurance program.

BRK is Insurance-laden, when bad things happen, it drops.
