Really? I guess it depends on how you count it. August has an improvement in bookings from a revised 706 in July to 720 in August. Right?

Ok now back up to July, dom.semi.org!OpenDocument

The original July numbers were .97 (revised to .90) with 763million of bookings. Almost a 10% revision downward???

As Sarmad says probably only a disaster for shorts, still I can't help but notice that 03 doesn't look like much of anything from your semi charts. We can't flatline like this forever.
