Clearly, the Bush chickenhawk team will get slammed for Bush's AWOL antics and Cheney's draftdodging. I doubt Cheney will be on the ticket after his lies on Sunday and his public denouncement by Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz's contradiction of Cheney's lies to Russert this week. The final blow came yesterday when Bush stated Cheney's claims were wrong by saying there is no connection between 9/11 and Saddam.

In light of Grasso's resignation from the NYSE, maybe Bush will move aside and let the GAO go after Cheney and his buddy, Ken Lay: "In an era of corporate scandals, you can't have the regulator of the world's largest stock exchange take tens of millions of dollars in remuneration from the people he's regulating," Hevesi said. "That's a conflict of interest."

Bush served honorably in the TANG. Cheney was on a legal college deferment. Your post is incorrect. (as per usual)
