good point, I have noticed that <--- fill the minority group ---> were leaving NC and VA even before Isabel showed up on any "official" weather reports.....

And just mark my word, we will eventually find out that Bush knew about the hurricane at least 6 month in advance and did nothing, I tell you, nothing ......
