No, the squirrel problem continues, but is not an immediate problem. The guys the condo hired to fix the hole replaced and painted all the exterior moldings. They neatly cut the moldings around the drainpipe, a very pretty job. Unfortunately the cut-out for th drainpipe left enough room for a squirrel to enter.

I haven't seen him in my attic. Don't know where inside the wall but outside my attic he hangs out but the neighbors have seen him going in and out. I dumped about a quart of cayenne pepper where he was entering the attic and I think that disabused him. Since I found out the day before yesterday that he has been seen, I decided to cover the area with hardware cloth but it's been too hot up there so I haven't done it yet. Thanks for reminding me to send an email to the condo folks to let them know that they're not finished yet.

Meanwhile, I've caught three mice. If it's not one thing...
