That would be up to the folks with those liberated dollars wouldn't you think?....Wonderful concept, people with choices for their funds other than filtering them through a wasteful government.

Kenneth I just find it amazing that you put forth such effort for absolutely nothing. You really would probably get further with your agenda if you preached on a busy city street corner somewhere.
