I'm pretty sure RNWK owns both RHAPSODY and music.com -- I like RNWK and am holding it for long term, although more for their innovative streaming video possibilities than the p2p action. Still, they are a player.

internic.com tells me that music.com's DNS is hosted by Fullerene's server. Fullerene has done web design for Virgin, among other companies. But that's not much to go on.
