Thanks Michael, I meant no offense. I know you are realist at heart. The technical situation in the market is so good as to suggest a fairy tale future. I think we have enough capacity but equipment that is rapidly falling behind the curve so as I said everything could unfold as you suggested. It's just that valuations ultimately will matter again. I just don't know when. All I know is that one day I hope not to be the greater fool left holding the bag when high valuations come back to historical norms. RtS
