BTW, Johnson was the lowest, not Clinton. Although I suspect Clinton lost some points on the IQ test when he couldn't provide the definitions of simple words like "is", "alone" and "sexual relations".

Like IQ's of Presidents are the stuff of "Classified documents", might be believable in the case of George, could make a case for "National Security".
