There's a lot of discussion of PTR on the Yahoo PTR message board.

finance.yahoo.com

I had bought some before Warren Buffet made his now celebrated purchases of PTR, but I bought more after it got his endorsement.

I suppose there's always some danger in owning a stock that can be disposed of at any time by a communist government. Tomas, the Swedish contributor to SI, won't buy these.

The combination of good dividend, increasing demans for oil in China, and rapidly increasing revenue make the stock look good to me, and the sharo decline in the last week makes it a much better buy than it was a week ago--or so I think.
