Clark may take the Dem lead now. He's such a breath of fresh air that he'll get a lot of the undecideds plus a sizeable chunk of everyone else's current support.
Might even get up to around 40%, at least for awhile.

Kerry, Dean, Sharpton and Gephardt may be the only others to survive with Clark until the end of the year in the race. Who knows, it might even be a Clark-Kerry ticket instead of Kerry-Clark. But the party needs Kerry, and he is the mot qualified to be an all-around president.

Clark has a lot of miles to go before he solidifies anything. Remember, Arnold had 45% support when he first entered the recall race and is now down to 25% and falling more. The media hoopla always dies down. Plus Clark has to raise a LOT of money. He probably can though.

Clark has a shot to run away with it, and a much better shot than Dean had. But don't count out Kerry or Gephardt. They both have tremendous strategic support within the party. Dean though is finished. His recent gaffes really did him in. Clark entering was the nail in the coffin. And now you se the big-time liberals all cheering for Clark.
dean's an imprssive guy but would be a poor nominee. We need guys with huevos who can out-military Bush. And hey, two Silver Stars are even better than one.
