I began this series of posts with two points: (1) The reaction to terrorism that gives terrorists' a victory is violence in response to violence. Attack, counterattack, killing, reprisal, reprisal, killing, killing killing until nobody is sure which was the attack and which was the reprisal -- and all become committed to keep on killing. (2) Young people are willing to act in an oddly suicide manner when they see no future for themselves or their families. Both of these points apply to the conflict between Palestinians and Israelis -- there is no more right or wrong, there is only the violence and the hopelessness, and it goes on without end.
