JF, I think you've clearly lost this argument. Let me know if you come up with something other than hot air and hyperbole.

"Nearly a dozen current and former senior U.S. officials told the AP that the strongest account of collaboration between Iraqis and al-Qaida comes from the captured leader of one of al-Qaida's Afghan training camps. He claimed that bin Laden turned to Iraq for technical help on chemical weapons because bin Laden was concerned that al-Qaida lacked the expertise"
"The captive has told interrogators that an al-Qaida militant known as Abdallah al-Iraqi shuttled between Afghanistan and Iraq from 1997 and 2002 looking to acquire poisons, officials said."
"...U.S. officials said contacts between Iraqi intelligence agents and bin Laden supporters appeared to pick up in 1998."

Remember the story of the FBI counter terrorism expert, who retired from the FBI to work for the WTC? John O'Neill?

"The wife and children of John O'Neill, who died in the attack on the World Trade Center, allege that Iraq began communicating with al-Qaida as early as 1992, provided training to Osama bin Laden's warriors and sent intelligence agents to work with the terror network in Afghanistan."

"The suit accuses Iraq of complicity in the Sept. 11 attacks by providing support to terrorists, and seeks $1 billion in damages.."

"...It has long been suspected that one important link between Saddam Hussein and al Qaeda is through the Abu Sayyaf terror group, which is part of Osama bin Laden's network of affiliates. One subtle clue in support of the link was a statement by Hamsiraji Sali, an Abu Sayyaf leader on the U.S. most-wanted terrorist list, that his gang received about one million pesos (around $20,000) each year from Iraq, "so we would have something to spend on chemicals for bomb-making."

A little about Abu Sayyaf-"...The Abu Sayyaf is believed to have been funded by al-Qaida in the early 1990s and bin Laden's brother-in-law, Mohammed Jamal Khalifa, reportedly met directly with the group in its early years. The organization also has alleged ties to Ramzi Yousef, who was convicted of coordinating the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center."

re: "Where is the evidence for the connection to Quaeda???? And is Quaeda responsible for 9-11? ie a=b, a=c, therefore b=c
Is this the smoke and mirror games the Bushies play? ..."
