Put a team together that QUALCOMM execs hand pick.....give them the funding and guarantee International cooperation and this problem is quickly resolved. Never happen......but one can be practical in her dreams. M

weep I wish it was just the cell phones. But from the look of things it's everything. That's what happens when you put in charge of nation building an organization accustomed to $500 hammers and $1000 toilet seats. And regrettably, it's going to be our children and grandchildren that will be stuck with the bill. Interesting anecdote. I met yesterday an acquaintance who is a stereotypical redneck. He was complaining bitterly about the eyeraq costs and was blaming Bush for it. He had just read an article about the $87 billion. If the job picture doesn't improve measurably, I think Bush is toast.
