AnnaMaria,

Just so you know, I am still here, but do not post much these days. As you pointed out, the SH board is a bit of a zoo so there is not much point in posting there.

I am still optimistic and own more than I ever have. It is has been a long haul but I think the pay-off is just starting. I look forward, as I am sure you are, to the WF10 results. I think that drug has great promise.

Best to you,

MB

Hi Annamaria

I am also a lurker on the SH board. I hate the SH interface, its too slow, with the volume of posts there, there is no "view next 10" messages capability. Also not easy to search/research. It could take over an hour just to go through an entire days of posts. I do miss some good posts, but I sometimes get email alerts from friends.

Anyways, from the Annual report, one item that's probably going to be dealt with in the annual meeting this year:

Shareholders’ rights plan
On December 16, 1992 share purchase rights [the "rights"] were issued to holders of common shares under a shareholders’ rights plan [the
"plan"] and the Company was authorized to issue rights in respect of common shares issued subsequent to that date but prior to the tenth
business day following the earlier of the date of a public announcement that a person has acquired 20% or more of the voting shares of
the Company, or [ii] the date of commencement, or first public announcement, of the intent of any person to commence a takeover bid that
would result in such a person owning 20% of the voting shares of the Company. Following the occurrence of the above, the rights will trade
separately from the common shares and following the occurrence of certain takeover events described in the plan, each right will entitle the
holder thereof to purchase from the Company common shares of the Company at a 50% discount to the market price. The plan was
amended on August 12, 1998, and approved by the shareholders on October 22, 1998 and is effective until 2003.

Have a great week.
