Can someone explain?

Since March/April 2003, we have seen the following increases in technology stocks:

Cisco up + 56.3% since March/April
Intel up + 59.4% since March/April
QQQ up + 31.5% since March/April
MSFT up + 20.4% since March/April

Oracle up only +8.2% since March/April - something is missing. The reason I originally thought of was the overhanging burden of the Peoplesoft bid. Now, however, I am thinking there is something else. The problem is what is it?

Any ideas?

Hi GE,

I voted yes on directors,
no on executive candy (options)
yes on accountants
no on reclaculation of past options giveaway.
And yes on something I'm forgetting.

Larry's toy and wholly owned Bullshit start up like"On a Wing and Prayer" private plane need to be eliminated by someone in the board who has enough balls to say if you want boats and planes pay for them yourself and keep your use and actions divorced from the company's liability.

Corporate governance need a tweak not surgery though.

They've been good on the Gaap acctg issues before it was cool.
