Nothing earth-shattering.
I regard the Pal right-to-return as a red herring, could probably be dealt with on a genuine case-by-case basis, and just say 'no' for the most part. The Pal homeland will be cramped, but usable: maybe Israel keeps Gaza, but extend WB up to Lebanese borders to make them a buffer between Israel and Syria <g>
Likewise, settlers can stay if they wish - but as citizens of the Palestinian state and under Pal law - or return. Israel shouldn't need much encouragement to discontinue the special funding and resources which have encouraged most of them to go there. As for the religious colonisers... well, with their faith surely God will provide...
