Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Commerce Solutions, Inc. stated, "The final terms and conditions of purchase of Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. have been established and accepted by the parties. The final review by the Sellers' attorney is under way and a formal closing is imminent. Chariot assets have been moved to the location where production is intended under ACS control." Mr. Hefner continued, "I know that this acquisition is much anticipated by our stockholders, as evidenced by the substantial volume over the past week.. They will not be disappointed. We experienced a slight delay in the last few weeks because I was unavailable for discussions and negotiations while dealing with a family medical crisis out of state for over two weeks. Once I returned, last week, all due diligence was completed. We then resumed where we left off and got everything ready for the attorney's final review. The 'formal' closing will be scheduled by the attorneys."
