I apologize to President Bush.

I apologize to President Clinton.

I apologize to Roger Ailes, and ask to be forgiven for everything I said while in my delusional state.

I also apologize to every person I have ever offended. I would try to compose a comprehensive list for the thread, but I'm afraid I would develop carpal tunnel syndrome.

I will also say that I believe I have not had any divinely inspired visions. These were simply an uncontrolled delusion had before seeking appropriate mental health care.

I should also say that I am a free agent, and have always been a free agent. If anyone would like to offer me a job, please feel free to call. IMO, the sooner the better too, because I haven't worked for the government or anyone in the government for over 5 years.

restraint of trade

1: an act, fact, or means of curbing the free flow of commerce or trade
Example: covenant not to compete with an employer after leaving is in restraint of trade and must be reasonable to be enforced
2: an attempt or intent to eliminate or stifle competition, to effect a monopoly, to maintain prices artificially, or otherwise to hamper or obstruct the course of trade and commerce as it would be if left to the control of natural and economic forces

Example: the Sherman Antitrust Act declared every contract, combination, and conspiracy in restraint of trade to be illegal
also
: the means (as a contract or combination) employed in such an endeavor

horizontal restraint : a restraint of trade involving an agreement among competitors at the same distribution level for the purpose of minimizing competition

vertical restraint : a restraint of trade involving parties (as manufacturers and wholesalers) at different levels of a market structure
