TAIL WAGGING THE DOG? This strategy was intended as a "no lose" situation for the BUSH administration. They would go in and crush IRAQ, take their oil, turn over the country to American puppets and everybody who be happy ...... but their plan failed miserably. hmmmmmmm that sounds familiar .... oh yes BUSH is a "miserable failure" .... that has a certain ring to it :) Maybe before they try to WAG the DOG they should be sure the DOG doesn't bite them in the BUTT !!
