Check your chain of command. Bush has nothing to do with College Tuitions. If you have a problem with state school tuition rates bring that matter up with you State Senators and Congressmen who appropriate money to those institutions. Bush has some control over some programs through the Dept of Education, who by the way don't teach any students. They simply provide dollars for State and local educational programs.

Well, since Bush became the "education president", SAT scores are the highest in decades.
