I agree with you, at least based on current evidence. However, I think that there are some people in Bush's administration who need firing, for misleading or lying to both the people and possibly the President. Bush would do well to have an internal investigation, and get rid of those inside who have screwed up so far. It would show that he does not tolerate any funny business.
