Here is why I do not think heads have to roll all the time.

Many people believe they live in utopia and think things are perfect and that the people protecting us must never make a mistake... or if they do ,they get their heads chopped off. All that serves to do is make people keep their heads in a shell and never take any risks. We need people that take risks for the security of America even if they are wrong from time to time.
