The Ayatollah did it!

In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, Mr. Bremer said that Iranian intelligence agents have been aiding groups that have carried out violent attacks in different parts of Iraq, and said that Tehran has been meddling in various ways in the country.

First, it was all Baathist "Dead Enders". Then foreign jihadists. Now it's Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia's fault. Wake up Pauli boy, it's all of the above and a whole lot more. As your own intelligence is saying, a lot of it is coming from ordinary Iraqis - who are fed up with their doors being knocked down, and their women and children terrified. Ever hear of Arab revenge killing? And as for Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia, while they may contribute to the "jihadi problem", they are mainly just adjacent way stations. You've got an inflamed Muslim world, that just passes through the listed countries, on their way to blow you up. Al Azhar said if you invaded, they would call for a jihad. Well you invaded, and they issued their fatwa. Have you figured out what that means yet? You're not wanted. Every day, you're wanted less. You either leave, or you will be killed. It's that simple.
