Does it bother you guys that KDUS doesnt have any insdider buying ?

I mean, it would seem a slam dunk trading below cash and all.

Got a question to ponder...

1. Assume KDUS finds an acquisition that's tens of millions over their cash cache.

2. Instead of using debt, or in addition to debt, they decide to do a rights offering.

THEN:

Do we probably get screwed then in that we'd probably end up with less than we'd get if they just closed down shop and distributed of assets? Or would the KDUS price jump to the $2/sh cash and stock value (or more considering the tax losses and biotech assets) ?

Or would the fact that there would be dilution mean that the price would end the day of the announcement well under $2 and any rights offering would then fetch a discount to the average price of how many ever days they use to set the price?

Or would it all depend on the desirability of the acquisition?

I'm guessing the last, but wouldn't mind hearing other opinions...

Every day that passes means it's a day sooner to a deal....I hope.

Very nice, open person. Said to call her any time.

My opinion has changed...I've called several times and strongly suspect I'm getting the brush off. First time I called she didn't remember me at all from my first call and couldn't talk. Second time about a week ago she answered the phone herself and when I said my name she very quickly said, "I'm on a conference call, I'll call you back." Suffice it to say she didn't. Hasn't returned my last message from yesterday....doubt that she will. I'll tell you if it turns out I'm wrong.

I'm worried more now about a big dilution from a rights offering and getting less than $2/sh.
