hey idiot cue, "smokestack" refers to any company whose growth phase primarily rested on the last economic boom, being the industrial revolution, vs. the information age. Energy= industrial revolution. Everything Bush and Cheney do is old line stodgy smokestack. I for one don't want to go back to a 70s economy and despite all of Bush and Cheney's bushonomic efforts, they will be gone before our economy completely falls off a cliff. Its amazing the damage that one bad president can do. Although Bush is the worst of the last 50 years so he isn't just bad, he's AWFUL.
