Boy, some Deanies really have their heads in the clouds. Dean cannot and will not even come close to being the nominee. The entire Democratic party is against him, he's made some fatal mistakes lately and now Clark has stolen all his outsider status.

Dean is a good smart man, but he's not ready for prime time. The 40 million figure was a joke. Guess you didn't get it. That would mean every single registered Dean supporter would have to contribute at least $100. Dean has 400,000 supporters on his database, a third of whom will now move off to support Clark. Dean raised a lot of money in August when the media gave him a free ride (at Kerry's expense) but he never will again. He peaked 9 months too early and now he's yesterday's news. The harder they come, the harder they fall, and this one is a long marathon.
