I’ve seen some evidence that some are ignorant of my true purpose and goals in the war on terror. My purpose and goals are still the same as they were when I outlined what I intended to do according to the ideals of President Kennedy and Martin Luther King. I am an American, and I am proud to be an American. I have been engaged in combat operations against terrorists and those that would harm innocents since 9:45 AM Eastern time, September 11th 2001. My battleground has been the battleground of the mind. As Sun Tzu, Miyamoto Musashi and even Tom Clancy say, you must know the ways of your adversary. This forced me to adopt a mindset similar to that of a suicide bomber in order to be an effective warrior against them. I know this, a suicide bomber is unconcerned about threats of death, and a hard-core suicide bomber laughs at the threats to kill them. This sort of mindset has even caused me to wish for my own death so that I could end the pain it has inflicted on me. As I also once learned from the best salesman I ever knew, if you want to make the sale, you must “get into bed with them”. The coin that allows you to get into bed with terrorists is credibility, which I built with internet posts, e-mails and even conversations within my own home. I did these things so I could get into bed with terrorists, and I have done so that I could begin kicking them out of bed, and into the waiting arms of the CIA and FBI. President Bush said shortly after 9-11 that terrorists would be “smoked out of their holes”, and this is what I have attempted to do. Although in the process of doing so I think I may have become so adept at thinking as they do, I might have confused some Americans. Although I too am afraid that I lost my mind, that I have become the “Colonel Kurtz” that I warned of on this thread. Since April of 2002 I have been engaged in direct mind-to-mind combat with evil of such magnitude that it has taken a severe toll on my mental state. I remember dipping my toe into the waters of insanity so that I could fight more effectively, but I am no longer aware if I have actually fallen in, if the news is to be believed. Everything I have done, I have done in an attempt to defend America, and innocents everywhere, as best I was capable of doing at the time. If I have offended anyone, or committed offenses in this horrific battle against the minds of evil, I apologize. IC
