Better to ask why there aren't a greater number of Timothy McVeigh types in the US and Europe and then do a comparison of conditions in Palestine and the US and Europe. There is hope in the US and Europe, none in Palestine. So the raw material for the suicide bombers can be activated more easily in Palestine.
