do you think that the rebuilding of a temple and the resumption of animal sacrifices would be pleasing to God? on the contrary, wouldn't this be a total affront to our Lord? didn't he end animal sacrifice once and for all with his eternal and supreme sacrifice? No it would not be pleasing to God at all. The nation Israel would by doing that reject again the perfect salvation of Jesus. Paul dealt with that subject very clearly in Hebrews talking to some saved Israelites who were slipping back to the old law and trying to be forgiven through the blood of animals again. It won't work!! And God would not be in it. I do want to get to the bottom of the other issues. I just want to know the truth. Let the chips fall where they may.

I have always wondered how so many could know with certainty how prophecy will unfold. I find it hard to believe that so many who preach false doctrine and heresy could know with such certainty that which is hidden. I agree with you that there are two Israels. One of the flesh and another of the Spirit. What I perceive occurring is satan is getting all eyes to focus on Israel the nation. All the armies of the world gather against them and then a savior comes and saves the day. The Jews who denied Christ are the first two worship this savior. The world is pulled into the deception and even the elect are deceived for a moment due to all the propaganda and conditioning that has taken place over the last 60 years. 2 Thessalonians 2:9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders. This will be a time of persecution for the true Israel of God who do not bend knee to the beast and do not receive the mark.
