"One of the reasons that major drug-transit or drug producing countries are placed on the list is the combination of geographical, commercial, and economic factors that allow drugs to transit or be produced despite the concerned governments enforcement measures," the White House said. Only two countries -- Haiti and Myanmar -- were singled out for having "failed demonstrably" to crack down on drugs trafficking. Kong claimed that Beijing has made drugs prohibition a priority and set in motion policies and measures to prohibit drugs.
