Thanks for the "Meche" (*) pictures...

While I think the new Mercedes is a great car, I am not sure I like it better than te classic 300 SL gullwing...

ultimatecarpage.com

ultimatecarpage.com

It has a lot of history behind it in the Carrera Panamericanas of the 50's... but as usual, the new technology always wakes you up from the nostalgia of older cars...

Cayennes... I test-drove one the other day (unfortunately not the one with the big engine), they are wonderful... Amazing power they have and it barely feels you are in an SUV

I better stay away from Porsche dealerships, my habds itch when I see the Carrera GT (even if it is only on the dealership's promo poster...) I still have my GT2 and love it every minute... but it is also a daily reminder of....

"I wonder what 150 extra HP and 40 kilos less would feel like ?" -gg

I am glad you like the Australia pictures, it was a great experience for me and I hope to do more of it in the future...

Hi 2mar$, hi Susie,

Well for once maybe DC had better weather than Southern California. It was so nice we decided to take the boat out on the Potomac for one last trip before winter sets in. Took some pics.

I figure there was a little something in them for everyone. I know Susie will get a kick out of our dog being on the boat !!
