LOL Sadam gave a damn about contamination. duhhhh.... More to the point multiple trailers were currently needed to complete the system. And operationally I would expect the trailers to be transported to a facility when the time was needed. If it is beyond your capacity to understand it is possible to create a building that would house several trailers with containment, well it about who is filled with something. And if they were taken to a remote place, containment is not a worry. Decontamination with biological stuff is quite simple with a spray of a neutralizing agent. Chemical is the same. It's only radiation threats that are difficult to clean up. Your chemistry, biology and engineering ignorance is on parade again.
