I have another question that i will research if no one
has the answer already. It seems to me that storage number should depend on consumption. Has the storage number been a constant number or does it go up with consumption from year to year. To make the notion concrete if consumption is 3000 au (arbitrary units) in year 01 and storage is 300au and then two year later consumption has increased 33% to 4000au in year 04 but storage remains at 300au then storage while unchanged is less adequate for the increased consumption. Now I realize that NG consumption probably doesn't increase by more than 5% a year but over the course of a decade it could make a big difference.

Any thoughts about this?
