Our district doesn't have an effing swimming pool. We're poor.

I just don't like it that the Bush administration policy will take dollars away from our school, an already poor school, and send those dollars to the more affluent school. It's happening because we have a large percentage of children who's parents speak spanish, and whose kids in the aggregate with the poor whites do poorer on standardized tests.

This is wrong.
