I think we will have to wait for the Iraqi "Albert Speer" for a better perspective. He'd (or they'd, should be more than one) would be a hot draw on the talk show circuit as well.

The CIA Intel said he had them, and the Admin went with that.

The question is not whether he had them or not. Making CBW is easy, delivering them effectively is hard. The question is whether or not they posed a threat. I would like to know what process was used to assess threat, and if it was flawed. It means something, because we will be counting on the same people to accurately assess threats in the future.
