Are you threatening people here Richard? That's low and very Brinkerlike IMO. Kindly cut it out, thank you for your unending cooperation.

I think the SEC should be notified if he has been sending out advertisements that do not include the QQQ trading fiasco along with the positive returns from the FIP from this year. That would, as I understand it, be a violation of SEC rules.

Brinker probably breached his responsibility to disclose his relationship with UTEK when he made the recommendation to purchase those shares. It would be good if a lawsuit were brought to determine if any wrongdoing was done. For example, it could be easily determined if Brinker was selling shares while he was recommending others to buy. That practice, would be highly unethical although it might be tough to prove he damaged anyone. Since Brinker maintains a shrowd of secrecy in his dealings he invites the strongest criticism.

But what's more interesting to me than did Brinker breach his trust is why does Brinker bother recommending any stocks? Are these all companies that he has a personal stake in? He provides almost no data and no guidance on these recommendations so he can hardly claim that he is giving bonafide recommendations.

I believe Brinker always likes to have it his way. He just can't deal with nasty reality when it goes against him. He wants to be a mutual fund guru and not a stock picker but he'll recommend a couple anyway that just happen to be ones he's owned for years. Did Brinker even add to his positions in these stocks at the time he recommended them? He wont say so assume probably not.

It's really laughable. The great Brinker can only come up with a couple of stocks that might beat the market. To add insult to injury, those rare picks of his are seriously lagging the market now.

I have Lawyers willing to take the case for free. They would love to question bob about UTEK. It wouldn't be hard for bob to find out I have relatively little in assets compared to him. I don't think he would risk discovery with so little to gain and so very much to lose.
