At some given time the military force should be replaced gradually by what makes a state, and that's technical personnel, police, justice & administrative specialists etc. By making this force multilateral the rug would be yanked from under the feet of all those that feed on antiamerican sentiments. Here's a chance for Europe to step up to the plate and do something constructive. The bases are very much loaded. And nobody among the involved should count on having the cake and eat it too. The axis of the billing - as Snowshoe smirkingly named this constellation - would be more than just that - Commitment in more than just money.
