Stephen, I was at the new Walmart at Morningside and 401 in Toronto. As I walked to the storefront. A large SUV, keyless entry ... nice looking vehicle if you like them parked in on of two handicapped spots.. Two young women got out hale and hearty... Looked at me as I commented and continued on heedless.. At my kids' daycare this is a daily event..... For cases such as yours would it not behoove the government to have a temporary sticker which could be 'prescribed' by a physician ?? I see your point on that as they are so often empty anyway.. regards Jaded..
