Could be that he is a tax payer very aware of conditions of school districts in his area....What he says is very true of the school where I live....If you are not aware of this situation, then pay more attention...figure out expenditures per student, apply that number to average class size ....factor out teacher salaries and building costs....then take a wild-assed guess where the rest of the money goes.
