Quite frankly, I don't think he's come out with a lot of detail as of yet. Here is a source of some information, but I suspect that the next weeks will see considerable fleshing out of this information. meetclark.com It's funny to see the Reps criticize Clark for not having a lot of detail yet. Especially since Bush couldn't name the leaders of critical nations, had hardly been out of the country before his bid (I heard he made three trips out of the country before running), and was surprised to hear that Brazil had black people, too...
