I think Delay has an inferiority complex due to his obvious humble background and lack of credentials and likely intellect also. He is a very small little angry man playing on a big stage and acts kindof like a small pomeranian dog, always barking and yapping trying to draw attention to himself.

I heard these same arguments about Newt Gingrich. Newt Gingrich has got to be one of the smartest most articulate speakers I have ever heard. He doesnt follow the normal politician path of just saying its obvious that if you don't do this, this shamefully negative thing will occur. Instead he had tons and tons and tons of data and facts available that he would cite that just told you this guy is a step above the usual anecdotal evidence type politician.
