Seems to me if a judge can rule white when the law says black, that under that judicial activism precept the same can be applied to the term impeachment which generally refers to both high crimes, misdemeanors...and most importantly "good behavior". Clearly "good behavior" is, in the spirit of judicial activism, whatever the people say it is, and that may just include judges turned law-making activists. Seems to me judges who make the law are not exhibiting good behavior and subject to impeachment. Vote against lawmakers who don't favor impeachment of these types. In the end, if the activism gets too tyrranical, judges need to know there is a firearms behind every blade of grass in this country, something Admiral Yamamoto observed in world war II. I think judges sense this and like their British tyrranical predecessors, they will try to seize all the guns in the hands of the people. Thats what sparked the American Revolution and maybe exactly what sparts the next revolution.
